GuocoLand Property Developer is launching its latest luxury new condo launch Martin Modern in the second half of Year 2017. The 450 unit property will be located in District 9 at the corner of Martin Place and River Valley Close, within the Robertson Quay neighbourhood. Each residential unit will come with a view of the gardens, the city, or the Singapore River.
The land site is acquired at $595,1 million in July 2016 through the government land sales tender at a per plot ratio of $1,239 per square feet. Urban Redevelopment Authority has stipulated a maximum 450 units for the latest site so it means the average unit size will be 1,067 square feet.
It will be the first major launch of a condo project in Martin Place in over 9 years ever since Martin Place Residences next door was first rolled out in Year 2018. It also mark the first launch of a luxury new launch condo in 2017. The expected average selling price is looking at $2,300 per square feet.

This area provides the opportunity to create our luxury resort home concept.The master architect appointed for Martin Modern is Yip Yuen Hong from Ipil Architects and ADDP Architects will take on the role of the Project architect.
